Dispatcher (Full-Time) | Star Limousine

Star Limousine is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily transportation operations. This full-time role is ideal for a dependable problem-solver who communicates clearly, responds quickly, and supports a smooth passenger experience.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate vehicle assignments to support client pickups and drop-offs

• Monitor routes, timing, and service status to ensure on-time performance

• Communicate with drivers and staff to confirm schedules, updates, and special requests

• Handle changes, delays, and route adjustments in a calm and organized manner

• Maintain accurate records of trips, dispatch details, and operational updates

• Support a high-quality customer experience through timely, professional communication

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dispatching or scheduling experience preferred (transportation or related roles a plus)

• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

• Clear communication and a professional, service-minded attitude

• Ability to make quick decisions and resolve issues efficiently
