Star Light Home Health 
Greetings,
We are seeking a physical therapist to conduct home health evaluations and treat.   Our RNs complete the Oasis for you.
Star Light Home Health is  expanding in Grand Junction.
We have exploded in growth and have more patients needing therapy.
You can be contracted as a 1099 contractor or become employed and receive a W-2.
You schedule your own patients to work with your current schedule.
Must have current PT license for Colorado with at least 1 year of home health experience.  
We pay $80.00 per visit as a contractor.
