Join a long-established neighborhood deli in the heart of Southfield. We have proudly served the community for 40+ years and are looking for dependable, friendly team members who want steady work and extra income in a fast-paced environment near 12 Mile and Telegraph, just minutes from I-696 and the Lodge (M-10).
COUNTER PERSON NEEDED
Our busy carryout deli is seeking a dependable counter person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and taking pride in quality customer service.
* What we are looking for:
Availability to work evenings (until 7:00 p.m.) and weekends. Assisting customers, making sandwiches, slicing bread, meats, and cheeses, and preparing trays with care and attention to quality.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must Be:
Team Player, Courteous, Dependable, 1 to 2 years experience in Delicatessen or equivalent food service experience, must be able to handle a fast paced environment such as a lunch rush
Previous food service counter experience is a HUGE plus! We offer competitive pay, free shift meal and vacation time.
