As a full-time Dental Hygienist at Stansell Dentistry Associates, you will provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients of all ages, working closely with our friendly and professional dental team. You will play a critical role in educating patients about oral health, performing cleanings, and supporting overall patient satisfaction in a modern, technologically advanced office.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care treatments for patients of all ages
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, including periodontal evaluations
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans
Document patient histories, treatment progress, and clinical notes accurately
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety
Manage patient records and appointment schedules efficiently
Provide compassionate patient care, building trust and positive relationships
Stay current with dental hygiene best practices and participate in continuing education
Adhere to all state regulations and professional standards for dental hygiene practice

Salary Range

Full-time $50 - $55 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Entry-level candidates welcome.
Valid Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina.
Passion for patient care and strong communication skills.
Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced dental environment.
