Sales Representative

Standards League Cleaning Operations. 

Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley. Includes proximal cities. 

Commission per job closed & monthly residual on every recurring client. 

Schedule: Flexible, set your own hours (20-40 Hours Per Week Minimum)

Location: The Valley (work anywhere in the greater Phoenix area)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Standards League is a cleaning services company operating across the Valley.

We are hiring sales representatives to sign new clients for residential, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and commercial cleaning services.

This is a commission-based role with no set schedule. You work when and where you want. There is no base salary. What you earn is entirely determined by what you close and how many recurring clients you keep active.

This role is well suited for college students. Clients you sign this summer stay on recurring cleaning schedules - meaning they continue paying you a monthly residual into the fall semester without additional work on your end.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING

We offer recurring residential and commercial cleaning across the Valley including but not limited to:

Move-in and move-out cleans for homeowners, landlords, and property managers.

Post-construction cleaning for builders and general contractors.

Turnover cleaning for Airbnb and short-term rental owners.

Commercial cleaning for offices, gyms, medical spaces, and businesses.

Dorm & educational facility cleaning. 

PAYMENT STRUCTURE 

Every job you close pays you a flat commission. Every recurring client, anyone on a regular cleaning schedule, pays you 25% of every clean for as long as they stay active.

EXAMPLE:

Studio: $225/clean, you earn $56 per clean

1 Bed / 1 Bath: $235/clean, you earn $59 per clean

2 Bed / 2 Bath: $285/clean, you earn $71 per clean

3 Bed / 2 Bath: $360/clean — you earn $90 per clean

4 Bed / 3 Bath: $435/clean — you earn $109 per clean

One-time jobs pay once. Recurring clients and complex contracts pay every month, including when you go back to class.

EXAMPLE: Sign 5 recurring 2-bed clients this summer. By September you are earning $355/month without making a single additional sale.

Commercial contracts can pay commission of over $1000 a month for large spaces. 

YOUR JOB:

Simple. Talk directly to potential clients door to door, through your network, or by approaching landlords, property managers, and businesses. You have the autonomy to generate leads in your own ways through social media, emailing, or calling as well.

Present our services and close the booking.

Follow up with leads who did not sign on the first conversation.

Build relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and property managers who can refer repeat business.

Submit signed clients through our intake process immediately after closing.

Sales experience is helpful but not required, we will train the right person.
