As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers’ equipment is running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to customer locations to install, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide updates.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and completed work.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar field or technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A self-motivated and trustworthy attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer locations.
