Job description

Are you self-driven, motivated, and ready to take charge of your income potential?
We’re a growing fencing company seeking ambitious and reliable Fencing Sales Representatives to join our team and help drive sales in both residential and commercial fencing markets.

Whether you’re experienced in sales or just getting started, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with uncapped commission and high earning potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell fencing solutions to homeowners and businesses
  • Use both company-provided leads and self-generated leads (canvassing, networking, etc.)
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and local businesses
  • Conduct site visits and provide accurate quotes
  • Manage your sales pipeline and close deals
  • Represent the company professionally and with integrity
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Sales or fencing experience preferred but not required
  • Self-starter with strong communication and people skills
  • Willingness to canvas and build relationships within the community
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads and prospects
