Commission Pay Opportunities

• Find and connect with new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Understand clients needs and recommend suitable insurance products (primarily personal lines home, auto, and life)
• Explain policy options, benefits, and costs in clear terms.
• Prepare quotes and help clients complete applications.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and follows regulations.
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage renewals or additional coverage.
• Reach or exceed sales goals set by the company.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and policies.
• Provide customer support and assist with claims when needed.
• Work with underwriters and team members to manage policies smoothly.
