Key Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely drive and maneuver a wide variety of vehicles through designated auction lanes.
• Staging & Parking: Move, stage, and align vehicles in the lot as directed by the site supervisors to maintain organizational flow.
• Team Collaboration: Follow exact alignment, speed, and safety instructions provided by the facility staff.
• Pace & Efficiency: Actively assist in keeping a smooth, continuous flow of vehicles moving throughout the duration of the auction.
• Environmental Adaptability: Work efficiently and stay alert in a fast-paced, outdoor automotive environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and a standard drug screening.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to fully understand and speak English.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing or walking during the shift in various Utah weather conditions.
• Excellent track record of reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
