Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor- MUST HOLD BCBA CERTIFICATION!!
Los Angeles County, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based
$85,000 - $90,000 annually + incentives

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, high-quality services to children and young adults with Autism. We value clinical excellence, collaboration, and a modern, supportive approach to leadership.

We're currently hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role focused on clinical leadership, staff support, and quality care, with strong administrative teams in place so you're not carrying everything on your own.

Role Structure- The role is currently primarily a2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT). As the company continues to grow, there may be a future transition to a 3-tier model (BCBA + mid-level + BT/RBT), but at this time it remains a 2-tier structure.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Competitive salary: $85K-$90K
  • Optional productivity incentives (up to $6,000/year)
  • Retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months
  • Health, Dental & Vision insurance
  • SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% company match
  • Leadership development and growth opportunities
  • CEU support and professional development opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10-15 clients)
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
  • Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings

How We Support You

  • Clinicians manage their own schedules, with support from a dedicated Scheduling Team
  • Client success and family communication support
  • Billing and authorization assistance
  • HR onboarding, training, and professional growth guidance
  • Standardized clinical tools, templates, and systems

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • 1+ year BCBA experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
  • Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly.
