Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and route them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Support dealership staff with various projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
