Job description

Staff Zone is currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for an assignment on a commercial construction project. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (must be available for Saturdays as needed)

Shift: 1st Shift – must be able to report to the branch at 5:30 AM

Pay: $12.00-$13.00 per hour

Job Description:

General Laborers will be responsible for supporting daily job site operations and assisting with various tasks as assigned. Duties may include:

  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Moving, carrying, and organizing supplies
  • Assisting skilled tradesmen as needed
  • Site clean-up and debris removal
  • Operating basic hand tools and equipment
  • Following all job site safety procedures
  • Performing other general labor tasks as directed by supervisors

This position requires working outdoors and/or indoors depending on project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality required
  • Construction or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Requirements (Mandatory for Consideration):

  • Must bring original, valid ID documents to complete I-9 verification (no copies accepted)
  • Reliable transportation (transportation assistance provided if needed)
