Company Description

Midwest Compounders Pharmacy (MWC) is a growing 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy specializing in GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and functional medicine. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and personalized care to both patients and providers in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates with professionalism and empathy, and takes ownership of resolving issues from start to finish.

This is not a typical call center role — you will play an important part in protecting provider relationships, supporting patient care, and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.
