Our Customer Service Representative needs toexceed customer service standardsto current clients while alsoassisting prospects as they call in to quote and sell insurance policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Assist prospective clients by handling inbound calls, providing quotes, and helping convert inquiries into policy sales
• Support the sales process by recommending appropriate coverage options based on client needs
• Learn and apply agency processes and systems through training to contribute effectively to team success
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information while ensuring a high level of professionalism
