Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and regularly monitor clients' mental health status through virtual sessions.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific mental health concerns and promoting recovery.
  • Regularly meet with clients to provide therapeutic support, equip them with coping strategies, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals when needed.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver both individual and group therapy, cultivating a safe and supportive environment for participants.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals of various age groups and backgrounds who are experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse disorders, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds will enhance their therapy experience. A deep understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity will be paramount to effectively address the unique needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling and therapy.
  • Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to apply evidence-based practices.
  • Proficient in EHR systems and capable of maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a trustworthy and therapeutic relationship.
Compensation and Benefits

St. Rose Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
