Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families warmly and ensure a positive front-desk experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules
  • Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and collect payments
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
