Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and medical history.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on utilizing assistive devices and techniques for self-care, improving adherence to rehabilitation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will interact with a diverse array of patients, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current State License to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
