Quick Facts Location: Springfield Regional Medical Center, Springfield, OH Start Date: 08/02/2026 End Date: Ongoing/Intermittent coverage Shift: Mon-Fri 0800-1700; Night Call 1700-0800; 24-hour call on weekends Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Locum/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology, Licensure, Certification, and DEA required Experience: Prior IR experience preferred; specific procedural skills required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Discussed upon application; competitive hourly rates Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide in-person interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, embolization, port catheter placement, biopsies, drainage, ablation, and kyphoplasty. Manage patient care for adult patients in outpatient and hospital settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient treatment. Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR system. Participate in after-hours call coverage, as scheduled. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in interventional radiology. Maintain flexibility to cover intermittent shifts and respond to urgent call needs. What You Need Valid Medical License in Ohio Board Certified or Eligible in Interventional Radiology Demonstrated experience with procedures listed above Strong skills in patient management, documentation, and team collaboration Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Springfield Regional Medical Center is a trusted community hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services.
