    Day Shift: 7a-3:30p, Evening Shift: 3p-11:30p, Night Shift: 11p-7:30a
    Summary:
    Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well-being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards.
    • Performs personal care tasks for residents
    • Provides exceptional customer service to each and every resident
    • Observes and records resident condition information
    • Transfers and/or lifts residents
    • Carries out universal precautions
    • Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights
    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience
    • Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid training or be open to getting it shortly upon hire
