Automotive Service Scheduler

What You'll Do

• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls service inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer service appointments
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to coordinate service scheduling
• Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and communicate updates to customers
• Build and maintain an active customer database to encourage repeat business
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously
• Handle incoming service appointment requests
• Contact service customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities
• Reach out to previous customers to schedule appointments and re-engage business
• Identify trade-in opportunities among service customers
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up tasks
• Nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
