Receptionist/Cashier Associate- Now is the time for a great opportunity! Overloaded with business! We need a Concierge for our Welcome Center. Earn up to $18 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.

· Obtain basic information about each customer using a computer system, log sheet or other method established by the dealership.

· Direct customers to correct department and notify the appropriate personnel.

· Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

· Communicate customer messages to the appropriate parties.

· Assist with clerical duties as required.

· Handle cash and other types of payments.

· Receipt all payments for service and sales into systems

· File Service paperwork.

· Enter all service and sales payment into the system established by the dealership.

Requirements:

· Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task and general computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Computer Savvy

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Cash handling/Receipts

· Basic accounting and clerical skills

· Maintain Professional appearance.
