Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive outpatient mental health services, including intakes, assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to foster patient recovery.
  • Develop personalized service plans and conduct regular reviews to ensure that the strategies in place are effectively meeting the needs of each client throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Collaborate with external psychiatric care professionals to schedule appointments and develop seamless pathways for client care, especially for those requiring hospitalization.
  • Prepare detailed reports for court proceedings, schools, and community agencies as needed, advocating effectively for client services and needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
