Position Overview

Spring Path Care Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position in Fremont, California, invites LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs to provide vital support in the mental health field, focusing on delivering personalized, evidence-based care to our diverse clientele.

Work Environment

This remote role enables flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to your colleagues and client community. Although scheduled hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. As you work with a structured outpatient setting, you will have access to a collaborative team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists who share a passion for mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for clients, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that cater to individual circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards within the healthcare industry.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss approaches and enhance the collective quality of care delivered by the team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community, empowering them through understanding.
• Stay informed with ongoing professional development and the latest advancements in the field, integrating new knowledge into practice for improved clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will predominantly focus on working with individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety disorders to significant trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Robust knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy methodologies, enabling you to deliver effective and individualized care to clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that empower you to navigate complex cases and provide meaningful solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and client management.
• Proven ability to apply therapeutic techniques to various mental health issues, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to client welfare.
