Position Overview

Spring Path Care Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This remote position provides a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health services from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to focus on creating meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

Work Environment

This role operates entirely within a telehealth setting, allowing for flexible engagement with clients. Working remotely, you will benefit from a structured schedule while having the ability to adjust your day based on the diverse needs of your clients. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for scheduling flexibility based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to devise tailored treatment plans responsive to each client's needs.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is focused and productive.
• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records to align with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to ensure holistic care is provided.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision sessions to refine therapeutic practices and enhance the quality of client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and important community resources.
• Stay current with new research and developments in the mental health field to integrate innovative practices into treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on adult clients who present with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related challenges. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward recovery, providing support and interventions that facilitate their progress and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strongly developed skills in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, capable of adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, fostering effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills necessary to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments that emphasize mutual support and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic modalities relevant to the client population you will serve.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team settings that prioritize integrated client care.

• A competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
