Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic rapport with patients to facilitate trust and open communication.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to promote mental and emotional healing.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate patient care and refer clients to additional resources when needed.
• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical assessments in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional education and training to stay current with therapeutic techniques and best practices in the field of family therapy.

Qualifications

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory for this position.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
