Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Transitional Care Rehab Unit

12 HOUR SHIFT ** $5000 SIGN ON BONUS

We're seeking seasoned nurses with short-term and short-stay experience to join our Transitional Care Rehab Unit at Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center!   • Shifts Available: 7a-7p, 7p-7a

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (GPN/LPN):

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Experience in a rehab setting required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
