Position Overview

Spring Bay Recovery Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our innovative team as we transform the delivery of mental health care through remote therapy. Work Environment

As a fully remote position, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule while working within a collaborative team of licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video calls, actively engaging adults dealing with various emotional and psychological disorders.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to craft and refine comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continually evaluate client improvement and adapt therapeutic strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance and quality standards in record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a diverse array of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your clinical interventions will not only address immediate symptoms but will also empower clients to develop coping strategies and resilience for long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington, demonstrating your professional credentials and commitment to the field.
• Strong foundational skills in therapeutic techniques, particularly in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of recent experience providing therapy to adult clients struggling with mental health issues.
