Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations based on their individual history and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and creative therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct treatments, including therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans to reflect changes in their condition, with documentation that adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to plan and coordinate care efficiently.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for the Physical Therapist position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
