Position Overview

Splash Masters Property Care is seeking a dependable and motivated Exterior Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial shopping centers and retail properties throughout the Las Vegas area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and presentable for tenants and customers.

The Exterior Porter will travel between multiple commercial properties during their shift and perform general exterior cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Walk commercial properties and inspect for cleanliness issues
• Pick up trash and debris throughout parking lots, sidewalks, and landscape areas
• Empty and refresh exterior trash cans
• Sweep storefront walkways, curbs, and common areas
• Remove weeds from cracks and curb lines when needed
• Clean and maintain trash enclosures and dumpster areas
• Report property issues such as vandalism, leaks, damage, homeless activity, lighting outages, or hazardous conditions
• Take before/after photos and submit basic daily reports
• Assist with pressure washing and property maintenance projects when needed
• Maintain professional appearance and communication while on-site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in Las Vegas weather conditions
• Able to walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual and dependable attendance is critical
• Comfortable using smartphones for photos and communication
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Prior porter, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is required
