Job description

This Executive Assistant role is designed for someone who brings sound judgment, strong organization, and a calm, proactive approach to supporting senior leadership. You will play an important part in helping executive priorities stay on track while contributing to smooth office coordination and effective day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leader.
  • Coordinate office activities and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Provide executive support across senior leadership needs, including C-suite support.
  • Coordinate board-level materials, logistics, and related activities.
  • Support multiple senior leaders and help manage shifting priorities across executive commitments.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years supporting senior executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Business-fluent French and English required
  • Experience providing C-suite support, including board-level coordination and support for multiple senior leaders
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Must identify as Indigenous in Canada
  • Experience in the investments domain is a plus.
