Job description
Speedway Ford is looking for energetic individuals with a strong social media presence and engaged following to join our sales team. If you enjoy connecting with people online, creating content, and helping customers find the right vehicle, this could be a great opportunity.
No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
At Speedway Ford, we work as a team and strive to create the best possible experience for our customers.

Build relationships with customers both in person and through social media
Use social media platforms to showcase vehicles, create content, and attract potential buyers
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and understanding their needs
Stay up to date on vehicle features, packages, and technology
Provide professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Work closely with the sales manager to meet personal and team goals
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Active on social media
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated, outgoing personality
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Professional appearance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
