What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Spectrum Squad ABA, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. - Designing, implementing, and monitoring ABA programs tailored to client needs. - Supervising and training behavior technicians to ensure effective program delivery. - Collaborating with families and caregivers to provide guidance and support. - Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make informed decisions. - Staying up to date with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional who brings expertise, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate will have: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - At least 1 year of experience in the field of ABA. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members. - A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental needs. - The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
