Salary - 75k-85k + Bonus


About the role

As an Events & Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing success across the AMEC region. You'll work as part of the Regional Field Marketing team to plan and deliver impactful events, campaigns, and demand-generation programs that contribute directly to pipeline growth and brand awareness.


This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll partner with regional sales teams and global marketing to execute engaging customer experiences, measure performance, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life through events and data-driven marketing, and thrive working across teams, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.


This role requires up to 40% travel to support regional events and initiatives.


What you will bring to the role:
  • You have experience executing B2B marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities
  • You are confident planning and delivering trade shows, customer events, and partner programs
  • You understand demand generation, pipeline development, and campaign performance tracking
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional and global teams
  • You are comfortable using marketing tools such as CRM and automation platforms
  • You bring an analytical mindset and use data to measure and improve marketing performance
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience supporting events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation systems such as Pardot
