Job description

Readiness Team Leads (2 people) job description:

Readiness Team Leads will participate in contractor readiness assurance activities for nuclear related projects. Leads will need to have previous experience leading readiness assessments with an Operations background including conduct of operations, safety basis and configuration management.

This is a remote position, with travel to the site as required by the customer to attend meetings and participate in on site reviews.

Q Clearance preferred, but not required.

Readiness Team Member job description

Readiness personnel will participate in contractor readiness assurance activities for nuclear related projects. Interface with contractor management personnel is required, and candidates must be well versed in DOE Orders such as 425.1D and DOE STD-3026-2010. Activities may include but not be limited to developing Readiness Plan of Actions, leading readiness scoping meetings, developing readiness prerequisites requirements, performing end of day briefs, readiness startup plans, compilation of objective evidence for closing findings and deficiencies, etc.

This is a remote position, with travel to the site as required by the customer to attend meetings and participate in on site reviews.
