What You'll Do
  • Maintain pristine guest areas: ensure lounge, changing rooms, showers, and lobby meet brand standards (clean, sanitized, stocked).
  • Efficiently process laundry and restock all supplies: towels, robes, sandals, amenities, and back-bar items.
  • Sanitize and reset lockers; refresh water and snacks.
  • Support Specialists with room turns and Guest Advisors with flow during peak times.
  • Follow safety protocols, complete checklists (opening/closing), and report maintenance issues.
  • Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
