The 2's Teacher and Toddler Teacher is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young children aged 12 months to 3 years within a classroom setting of 11-15 children. This role involves creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports early learning through structured curriculum and attentive supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Supervise and guide children to ensure safety and positive behavior
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and needs
• Manage classroom behavior and promote social-emotional development
• Monitor safety and maintain an organized classroom environment
• Assess and track child progress to tailor learning experiences
• Organize classroom materials and learning activities effectively

Required Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education certification or degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education
