What you’ll do

We’re looking for professional, full-time / Part-time house cleaners who are ready to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding role that requires efficiency, reliability, and strong communication skills.

You’ll follow a detailed cleaning checklist for every job, uphold our high company standards, and represent Sparkling Rose Cleaning with professionalism and pride.

Tasks Include:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties, ensuring clothes are washed, dried, folded, and organized efficiently.
• Empty all trash cans in bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas and Replace liners in every trash bin
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation throughout all areas of the home.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet client satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Residential cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Own smartphone (for schedules & checklists)
• Must have your own basic cleaning kit — we provide extra compensation to help pay for supplies.
• Ability to lift more than 10 pounds, bend, and move quickly throughout the day
• Strong communication, attention to detail & time management skills
