Spark Community is looking for dependable and caring Early Childhood Substitutes to support our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms!
As a substitute, you'll step in when needed to help provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children can learn, play, and grow. You'll work alongside our classroom staff while gaining valuable hands-on experience working with young children.
What You'll Do:
- Assist classroom staff with daily activities and routines
- Provide supervision and care while maintaining a safe environment
- Encourage learning through play and educational activities
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Help keep classroom routines running smoothly
- Assist wherever needed to support the classroom team
Schedule:
This is a flexible, as-needed position. Substitutes are contacted when additional classroom coverage is needed.
Working as a substitute is also a great way to gain experience with Spark Community and may lead to future full-time opportunities as positions become available.

Requirements:- No experience required — training will be provided
- High school diploma or GED required — copy must be provided

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
