As a Junior Account Executive, you will be the face and voice of our company. You?ll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience?from the first "hello" to the final delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy.

• Sales Cycle Support: Provide accurate quotes, process Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new customer accounts.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads.

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach.

• Data Integrity: Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday ? Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM (No weekends!)

• Pay Structure: Competitive Base Salary + Commission.

• Tech-Savvy: Strong basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience is a plus).
