Space Targeter

The Opportunity:

Space has evolved from a peaceful environment into a contested and congested domain. The U.S. Space Force is rapidly expanding to address global threats. Booz Allen enables mission success through advanced technology and enabling services to deliver speed to outcomes.

Our team is sought out to solve the Service's most difficult and amorphous problems. We are seeking prior service members with understanding of how the defense enterprise works and a willingness to problem solve issues big and small. Our teams are tasked with designing, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations. We're tasked with identifying advanced tools and technology that can expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden. We're tasked with managing the byproducts of change through project implementation. Each project we take on presents new opportunity.

We're seeking someone like you to help us make our contribution to the fight.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience leveraging all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, HUMINT, and OSINT, and space-domain applications

  • Experience in a Combatant Command, Service Component, or Joint Task Force

  • Experience researching, fusing, and assessing complex datasets related to space missions to produce actionable target leads

  • Ability to analyze adversary space systems, threats, and vulnerabilities, including satellites, orbital trajectories, ground stations, and anti-satellite (ASAT) capabilities

  • Ability to implement task directives and adapt daily to fast-evolving operational priorities in the space domain

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with space-focused intelligence entities

  • Experience with geospatial and orbital modeling tools, such as ArcGIS, Systems Tool Kit (STK), or similar platforms

  • Experience in electromagnetic spectrum exploitation

  • Knowledge of adversary space-related TTPs, including GPS jamming, satellite interferences, or cyber threats to space systems

  • Knowledge of space launch operations, remote sensing technologies, and counter-space strategies

  • Ability to integrate and fuse GEOINT, MASINT, and SIGINT data into real-time operational assessments

  • Master's degree

  • Space Situational Awareness Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
