Position SummarySozo Health Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gardener to join our cultivation team. This role is responsible for maintaining healthy cannabis plants throughout the cultivation process while ensuring all work is completed according to company standards, state regulations, and sanitation requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing a high-quality product.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform plant pruning to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.Defoliate plants according to cultivation schedules and standard operating procedures.Assist with room moves, including transferring plants between cultivation rooms.Install, adjust, and maintain trellis systems to properly support plant growth.Maintain a clean and sanitary cultivation environment by cleaning grow rooms, equipment, and work areas.Follow all cultivation procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.Identify and report plant health concerns or environmental issues to supervisors.Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to complete daily production goals.Perform other cultivation-related duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Previous cultivation, greenhouse, agriculture, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.What We OfferFour-day work week Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after eligibility requirementsPaid Time OffEmployee Product DiscountsOpportunities for growth within the companyIf you're passionate about plant care and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
