RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and follow up with prospective leads using company-provided systems and marketing strategies
• Manage communications and track activity within the CRM platform
• Conduct professional outreach and initial qualification conversations
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team collaboration calls
• Maintain consistent follow-through and organization while working remotely
• Represent the brand professionally across all communications
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Coachable and willing to follow structured systems and training
• Professional mindset with good time-management skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and online communication platforms
• Interest in leadership, personal growth, or entrepreneurship
• Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience
• Must reside in the United States or Canada

Preferred:

• Background in business development, sales, recruiting, marketing, client relations, or entrepreneurship
• Experience working remotely or managing independent projects
• Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
