OVERVIEW

We’re looking for self-motivated people to build their own customer base selling personal development products and retreat experiences.

You’ll represent a company offering online personal development programs and in-person transformational retreats. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Sell personal development products and retreat packages directly to customers

• Build a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach

• Optionally recruit and train others who want to build their own version of this business

• Track activity and relationships in a CRM

• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Self-motivated people comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income

• Strong communicators who enjoy relationship-building and sales

• Interest in personal development, coaching, or entrepreneurship

• Comfortable working 100% remotely on your own schedule

• U.S. or Canada based

COMPENSATION

100% commission-based. No cap on earnings. Income is driven by your own retail sales, with additional override income available if you choose to recruit and train others.
