Are you driven, outgoing, and ready to build a rewarding career in automotive sales? Southwest Toyota of Lawton is looking for motivated Sales Professionals to join our high-performing team!

About the Role

As a Sales Professional, you will:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
