Job description

Southern Pediatrics is recruiting a pediatrician to be a physician in an established clinic in Thompson Station, TN. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the longest-standing and highest-quality pediatric clinics in this community and be a part of an innovative pediatric care company focused on a mission-driven approach to transforming pediatrics.
This is a special opportunity to provide care in a pediatric clinic with an established group known for clinical excellence. Due to the growing patient demand within Thompson Station, Spring Hill, and the surrounding areas, we are looking to meet those community needs with a new physician who is wanting a long-term opportunity. This clinic is currently served by multiple providers, and this new physician will be supported with a leading clinical, operational, and management team. For a doctor looking to establish himself or herself in Middle Tennessee with a well-rounded and long-term approach to pediatric care, this is an exciting opportunity.
Some key benefits of this position include:
- Competitive salary with full benefits, 401(k), PTO, CME, and medical malpractice
- Pathway to partnership within 3 years
- Organization committed to integrating additional care services as part of the group s offering, including but not limited to mental health, social work, 24/7 nurse triage, and behavioral support
- Long-term opportunity to be an established provider in a growing community
