Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
• Work efficiently as a Dishwasher during high-volume lunch and dinner service
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
• Support cooks and kitchen staff by ensuring clean supplies are always available
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Help with light prep and other back-of-house duties when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or kitchen helper is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry
