Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently as a professional Server
• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations on Southern Kitchen favorites
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns professionally
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow Servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and payment handling skills
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
