If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a fast paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
No prior automotive sales experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed from day one.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right pre owned vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
Deliver a transparent and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and dealership promotions
Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals
Maintain a self motivated attitude and strong work ethic
Qualifications
Valid driver license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
