Loader Operator (Days)

Weyerhaeuser, WI Starting at $23/hr + Growth Opportunities | $2,500 Bonus

Pay & Perks

  • $23/hour starting pay (minimal experience)
  • Higher pay for experienced operators
  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday (12-hour shifts 6pm-6am)

What You'll Do

  • Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators
  • Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Monitor operations for safety and efficiency
  • Complete daily production and inspection reports
  • Assist with plant cleanup and material handling

What We're Looking For

  • Heavy equipment experience preferred (loader, haul truck, skid steer, dozer)
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Reliable with a solid work ethic
  • Willing to learn and grow

About Source Energy Services: Source Energy Services is a logistics and oilfield services company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of high quality frac sand, as well as the distribution other bulk oil and gas well completion materials requested by customers.
