We are a growing ecommerce brand based in Beverly Hills, CA, focused on building high‐quality, life changing products and a standout online shopping experience. We sell primarily through Shopify and Amazon and are now investing heavily in paid social and short‐form video to scale our growth.
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands‐on Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our Shopify store, Amazon Seller Central account, and paid media across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who has actually managed and grown DTC and marketplace revenue, not just “run ads.”
You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for day‐to‐day execution, testing, reporting, and improving performance across all channels. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU YOU LACK EXPERINCE WITH SHOPIFY & AMAZON.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront, including product pages, collections, on‐site merchandising, and basic CRO (A/B testing copy, imagery, offers).
- Oversee Amazon Seller Central: listings, SEO, pricing and promotions, basic PPC campaigns, and monitoring account health.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on new customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns, including testing creatives, audiences, and hooks tailored to short‐form video.
- Collaborate on creative briefs for ad assets (UGC, product demos, unboxings, etc.) and provide structured feedback to creators/editors based on performance data.
- Build and maintain basic performance dashboards and weekly reports (ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV indicators, MER, etc.) to inform decisions.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and keyword research on both Shopify and Amazon to identify opportunities for new campaigns and offers.
- Coordinate promo calendars (sales, product launches, seasonal pushes) across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices in DTC and marketplace growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands‐on experience managing an ecommerce brand or accounts across Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Demonstrated experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads with clear revenue or ROAS improvements.
- Proven track record of increasing sales or profit for at least one Shopify or Amazon brand (please be ready to share specific examples and metrics).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate, and repeat purchase behaviors.
- Comfortable working in analytics tools such as Shopify analytics, Amazon reports, and ad platform dashboards; basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Experience with TikTok Shop, influencers/affiliate programs, or live shopping.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy, product descriptions, and creator briefs.
- Self‐starter mindset: able to propose tests, prioritize tasks, and work with limited oversight in a small, agile team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) for flows and campaigns.
- Basic familiarity with SEO and content marketing for ecommerce.
- Experience coordinating or editing short‐form video content for ads and organic social.
