Soothe and Rise Counseling Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
  • Lead regular individual therapy sessions designed to address client concerns, implement therapeutic techniques, and track progress over time.
  • Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts, enhancing communication skills, and rebuilding trust.
  • Work collaboratively with families to address relationship dynamics and provide guidance on effective communication strategies.
  • Diagnose mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria and monitor clients' progress, making adjustments as needed to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Keep meticulous documentation of sessions and adhere to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is dedicated to supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, teens, and adults. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them through their mental health journeys and contributing to their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy toward clients’ varying experiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
  • Additional certifications related to mental health or specialized populations are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
