About the Role:
Join the team at Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ, where fast food meets fun and every shift is a chance to shine! We're looking for enthusiastic Crew Members and Crew Leaders who are ready to deliver outstanding service with a smile. Whether you're just starting out or ready to take on a leadership role, Sonic Howell has a place for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and accurately according to Sonic's standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the drive-in stalls, drive-thru, or front counter
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment including kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines
  • (Crew Leader) Supervise and motivate crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • (Crew Leader) Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and team training
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided for Crew Members
  • Previous fast food, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred for Crew Leader role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
